We've been away for a while...
It’s been a while since we posted to our Substack account because our team has been tied up with both building the new CommandEleven Intelligence Center and somethings we can’t discuss publicly.
In mid-March, CommandEleven Intelligence launched the 2026 Global Counter Terrorism Assessment, the definitive blueprint for understanding terrorism today, and how it will advance over the next year. This is a must read if you are really interested in understanding how terrorism has infiltrated daily lives, its progression arc and what you, as individuals and communities, can do to combat the threat locally.
Yes, access to the assessment is gated, meaning you’ll need to give us your name and email address for us to email you directly. We will also add you to the daily 0400 Zulu Overwatch briefing email, which delivers to your inbox the day’s intelligence analysis and assessments. Sometimes, we do a special email delivery when there is breaking intelligence before we post it to our website.
This month, CommandEleven Intelligence will be launching the most comprehensive audits/analysis of Pakistan’s two decade war against terrorism, identifying the mistakes, modifications and today’s CT position. This analysis will help many understand, from a kinetic/military point of view, how an conventional military was elevated into an intelligence-based counter terrorism/counter insurgency force.
Our analysis is backed by the fact that many of the CommandEleven personnel were part of the two decade war, the re-structuring and in other “supporting” roles.
The things we can’t discuss publicly are translated into intelligence assessments and posted to our website in a sanitized form. Somethings still can’t be released publicly, without creating panic.
While we will resume posting to our Substack account, but first break intelligence, assessments and analysis will be on the core CommandEleven website.
There’s a lot happening at CommandEleven Intelligence over the next few months. We hope you join us to stay informed.
For those making contributions to help support CommandEleven Intelligence’s work, please reach out to us directly via direct message on Substack, X, or Telegram channel or via email - commandelevenintel (at) proton.me. We are unable to enroll with Stripe, as they don’t like what we report on and tend to misread intelligence assessments as tacit support for foreign adversaries and terrorist organization based on the article title.

Continued prayers for the safety of all CommandEleven Team members and their families. Thanking you from the bottom of my heart for your pursuit of evil and evil doers in the world we all now find ourselves living in.
We miss Khalid. Hope all is well. Be safe and do this important work knowing it is for the good of all. Be safe friend.
